    I decided to do my memes on colorism. It is something that is not talked about often but people are victims of being discriminated based om their skin color. When this topic is brought up it towards black women who have more of a darker tone than others but in actuality colorism happens to a vast amount of people, men, women, dark, light; it happens and we do not discuss it.

    People everyday get turned away because of how they look and the color of they skin. They get passed up for jobs or promotions, If more memes about colorism were publicize i believe more people will talk about it and change can happen. "Be strategic with what you want to convey." Kimberly Drew stated in This Is What I Know About Art, a quoted stated by her director while she was working at a museum. If we are strategic in how we post and how we deliver a message people will listen. Others will want to make a difference so everyone of every color will feel equal.
